GREAT APP, but could get 5-STARS if was possible to switch between different stores or have a sort of hub with all the stores enabled with Inbox! Look at the forum as there are MANY request for this feature!

closer integration to the admin panel (not having to have a separate tab for chat would be nice). it would be nice to have it as more of an always their feature of admin (with its own are for details/data) but chat interactions could be done from the main admin tab.

this is a great feature - just one small thing that would make it immensely better - some sort of stand alone application. being forced to use a browser has its downsides. but... the mobile app is great with it. just wish it had an accompanying windows app. if it did - its a no brainer 5 star

It looks good, however, can't figre out how to configure answers to FAQ, that should be a simple feature. If I can't do that I will have to uninstall as there will be a lot of messages that are only a waste of time to answer.

Fungerer super godt, jeg kunne ønske mig ekstra funktioner som at man kunne lave en boks hvor de klikkede af om vi måtte sende dem mails under kontakt og større mulighed for at lave automatiske svar på samtaler.

It seems to be working fine, which is strange considering it is a Shopify-made app. By the way, there is a bug with the official Bundles created using the new official app.

In fact, bundles are always showed as not in stock in the chat on buyer side (of course they are not). They appear in stock from admin side, even in Inbox, but not on the chat. That's strange and must be solved asap

Prima. Nog zoekende naar wat instellingen die aangepast moeten worden. Standaard een naam en e-mail vragen werkt niet laagdrempelig.

Have to have this app available for Android users, however I can see A LOT of the functionality that's available with the iOS version is missing. Any time frame when we can expect to see these features matched?

Yes, the Android version is a little slimmer, but we are working on adding the same functionality currently available in the IOS version. I don't have a time frame, but tools will be released gradually after full testing.

In the form in which the client leaves his data for contact, no phone number. How do I insert a phone number item?

Hi, there! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review for Shopify Inbox. At this time, you're unable to edit the pre-chat form to request a customer's phone number. At this time, emails are collected to allow you to speak to your customers asynchronously via email if both parties aren't able to participate in a live chat. However, having the option to request this information would bring some additional value to Inbox. I've gone ahead and passed your feedback along to the team for future consideration.
