Es ist sehr schön, schnell und auf derselben Seite wie der Kunde zu antworten. Der Nachteil ist jedoch, dass auch von App-Mitgliedern geantwortet werden können sollte.
Shopify me Inbox allows me to respond in a timely manner to request and questions, when I am away from my shop. Like any other app, there are hiccups, but my Customer Respond Rate has gone up and that helps with sales.

Works, well integrated with the shop easy to use, great for the customers as all the information is embedded within the platform, so you can see much of the consumer interactions and journeys.
