Would be great if there were additional features;
1. landing page, this would allow you to share a contact us page where a customer is prompted to begin conversing.
2. an email address, then this could be used for unified communications, emails are received as chats and can be responded to as chats.

super, easy to use. helps land sales when customers have immediate questions while on the site. Because, let's be honest, customers nearly never read your FAQs, they take the path of least resistance. This is a nice way to timely respond.
What a great free app! We have eliminated the need for a phone line at our shop and we use this and a texting app instead.
