I think this works great and it's free with Shopify subscription.
This app makes it easier to stay in touch with the customer and possibly even engage them. It is a great tool that can convert curious visitors into customers. It is good that you also receive e-mails that there are unanswered messages, so that you do not miss responding to customers
Its easy to use and is good for customers to contact you.
This makes it very easy to interact with the customers, and getting the email notifications to our phones makes it more convenient.

They helped me understand the functionality of Shopify's Inbox Chat app, which is a free alternative to one of my paid apps that serves the same purpose. In essence, I received free support for a new app and was able to save money by discontinuing an old app. Overall, it was a great experience."
An absolute time-saver. You can craft replies to routine questions and provide customers the info they are looking for, without much sweat.
