Its quite good but really needs a transcript email function

It is fun to have my messages just pop up where my eyes are all day. It's enjoyable to have my messages appear where I'm looking all day.

So far using this app for messages from customers has been easy and quick.

Perfect app. Works on my phone and desktop seamlessly. When I read and answer a message on my phone, the message leaves the desktop as well for no duplicating messages.

Easy to use and glad I am able to have the app on my phone so I do not miss any messages from my customers.

nice options! there have been a few issues but the communication from the team was great.
