Love having this feature to communicate with customers and being able to share current discounts and sales

I find the Shopify Inbox to work perfectly in my store. As soon as a customer has a question and sends me a message I am notified right away and can reply quickly.

Can't fault at all, good messaging system to connect with your customers.

great app, but it would be good to have some sort of notification there is an email waiting (like a sound or something)

I love this app. I've had many real time and other conversations with customers that have led to sales because of Shopify Inbox letting me know right away that a customer wants to communicate.
