Very cool app that has its own phone app. When a customer messages me, I get the notification and it allows me to respond immediately. I love it. It makes it easier to provide fast customer service and to be able to answer customer inquiries instantly. Sometimes I'll miss an email, but I never miss the Shopify Inbox alerts.
Wish i could gotten the notification through the main app similarly like the Order notification.
It is a great and practical application, in our opinion, the only problem is that it sometimes logs out of the account automatically from the mobile device application. thanks. ( www.rehome.com.tr )
My experience was great. But, i would suggest it may appear on the app too for smoother experience.
It's very beneficial for us merchants now that Shopify Inbox includes these features with the subscription.

It´s pretty good. Maybe you can do something about customers who swear but other than that it is really good.
Very easy to set up. It's a great way of communicating with customers in real time.
