Very good but I would like to turn off the app emailing every message to us and just use the app.

The app is okay. It would be nice to be able to forward messages to other staff members who are not listed on the shopify list. We have staff who simply answer products questions and have no need for access to shopify.

So far we are loving this app. Live chat support is great and love if not available you can always go back and respond. W have had no hiccups. :) Thank you Shopify!

Super easy to navigate, answer customer questions and locate the order their inquiring about.

Good solution from shopify to handle most of the FAQ from customers.

That's a very professional looking and easy to use app! Totally amazing in my opinion AND it's got an app for your phone so you can answer on the go!
