Really needs voice or video connection to the customer for better customer service.
I'm still learning and don't have any complaints yet other than it doesn't appear customers can text through here or use any other method but the chat. A few years back when I tried shopify out, they had a Shopify Chat App that had all used all methods and it glitched a lot (I was an Android user and it was mainly for iOS). This is definitely much better.

So far, so good! Only had it a few days but very happy so far!
Love it! Shopify Inbox makes it incredibly easy for customers to reach out and ask questions. Having it completely integrated with the Shopify backend makes it completely seamless.
Good. Notification could be louder.
The inbox is a really easy to use on our Shopify store. I would give 5 stars but there is no email address to use to connect the inbox to the "contact us" and the doesn't seem to be a feature to integrate Meta messengers directly to Inbox even though I've seen this in online videos for Shopify Inbox.
App works perfectly as described, I've gotten a lot of helpful comment's from many different people through Inbox!
Communication with the customer has been very easy ever since we started to use Shopify Inbox. thank you!
