Es muy buena, me permite ver todo lo referente a mis pedidos, si están en proceso de envío, en tráfico o con problemas al igual que atender las dudas de nuestros clientes que escriben por inbox.
Esta aplicación me ayuda mucho a agilizar mi trabajo.

Very easy to use, you can receive customer information in a timely manner, and customers can chat with me without registering. And it's free, I would recommend it to my friends.

This has been excellent for us. We had very few "message" enquiries through third party apps but this one tends to trigger plenty of solid inquiries.
