It gets the job done. It allows me to communicate easily with both new and existing clients. The settings are also adjustable on my cell phone I would recommend this app

EDIT: Ever sense I left this review I have been getting tons of spam messages on Inbox and through the contact email on my website. Never a spam message until I left this review! Works great. The only complaint would be the notifications on Mac with Safari. They usually don't come through. Please add the ability to search old messages.

You have a few different things mentioned in your review here, so I'm going to take a few moments to address them. In terms of your slow notifications, please ensure that you're running the most up to date versions of Shopify Inbox, Safari, and Mac iOS for your device. Updating all of these to their latest versions should help you receive your notifications in a timely manner. In regards to the request for a search function, I've gone ahead and made the Inbox developers aware of your request for such a thing. We've long had requests for this feature, so the more feedback we get to stress it's importance, the better! Lastly, to address the spam situation, I've also gone ahead and requested that our team look into adding a spam or bot filter to Inbox. This would help mitigate the impact these spammers have on your business. All live chatting apps and programs are abused by spammers (even our Support Team gets a large amount of spam every day!) so having a tool in place to mitigate it's impact would indeed be valuable. Shopify Inbox is extremely useful, which allows me to obtain emails from my customers and respond at an appropriate time.

It is easy to use, and helpful for our customers. Would be nice if we were able to see order details within the app instead of having to jump over to a new tab and look it up.

De momento cumple las expectativas básicas y eso está bien. Nos gustaría que en el futuro incluyan el manejo de horarios, de forma tal que tras establecer un horario laboral se pueda enviar un mensaje de ausencia (tienen algo similar implementado, pero no se maneja con horarios). Deberían eliminar o al menos dar la opción de poder desactivarlo/activarlo a demanda, la parte de que el chat registre en la web de forma automática al prospecto que conversa por primera vez dando su nombre, apellido y correo. Eso termina creando conflictos porque el cliente no sabe que se ha registrado y cuando ya lo intenta, no sabe su contraseña ni ha recibido un correo de invitación.

Loved it, it has separate mobile app as well. i wish it has more features and some more functionality.
