I don't use the phone, so this app is amazing. I love that it's free! I have tried many chat apps but finding one to integrate this well is rare.

Shopify Inbox has served us very well over the years, however I would like to disable the recently introduced CATCHPA on the Inbox Chat. I do not believe this feature is serving us well. It reduces considerably the number of opportunistic chats that are taking place. Our potential customers do not want to jump through hoops to chat with us. Just add this option to the settings. In the meantime I am tempted to look for something else to replace Inbox.

I used this app to help with communication with my customers. Its a very great app to use for great communication.
Best chat App ever! i really like the fact that all the client info are connect to the app.It make the experience very good and optimize your time when your are assisting a client since you already have all the details. Love it
