Excellent!...we use it everyday, helps us to talk to customers and answer their queries straightaway
It can't support guide visitors to leave emails, not phone numbers in North American. We can't adjust the setting.
Very user-friendly and the desktop notifications are very useful especially if you aren't on your shop the whole day.
Ich finde das Tool bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr gut! Allerdings antworten viele nach erfolgter Anfrage und Beantwortung nicht mehr. Woran das liegt ist mir bisher schleierhaft. Auch werden Gästeanfragen nur mit Kürzeln, die keine Rückschlüsse auf Personen zulassen angezeigt.

I recently set up the app on my Shopify shop. I love being able to talk with customers and helping them online with their questions.
Looks great but could use email forwarding into the inbox so it can be used as a full fledged support ticket system.
launched my website and made my first sale after 3 days! That may not sound like much as to other businesses, but it was for my small business and this chat was what made it happen because I was able to chat with the customer and she placed the order! so happy

Amazing, just installed this, works way better than FB chat! I like how you can add a product in there and how it tracks and shows what page the consumer was on when they clicked chat!

Give an option to report SPAM---I'm getting 40% of my messages from developers and apps trying to sell to me!---I want to be able to block them. This is only for consumers, there should be a penalty to whoever gets blocked (e.g. companies trying to solicit business), I hope you add this block/spam feature.
