This app is really helpful in keeping up with customer request and comments. I would definetly reccomend this app.
it is working well. very quick answers are expected by customers but app works well and updates quickly

Goede app, jammer dat je per shop moet in/uitloggen. Zeer handig dat je kan zien van welke pagina de klant een bericht stuurt.
I wish it sends email notifications too. It works well as long as it's open in my browser. I don't think the mobile notifications work at all.

Shopify Inbox does send email notifications (https://bit.ly/3hRz57S) and mobile notification reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij). However, if that's not working, then we'd recommend checking over the permissions on the device.

I have not tried the app yet, only downloaded it. I am hoping that it being a Shopify app it works better than ZenDesk. Zendesk has turned out to always be a problem. I have to reinstall every once in a while. Way too complicated for me.

Decent. I don't understand why we can only set one set of hours per day in the settings. We're not allowed lunch times? Right now I can only say open from and then closed. It would be a lot more useful if I can send a different message (away message) for our lunch time.

It is possible to set an away message within Inbox, and when you set it to active the message will automatically send to customers. This app simply doesn’t work. The worst part is that I thought it was working fine until this morning when I opened it up and there were all of a sudden dozens of unread conversations going back months. It looks like I’ve been receiving about 10% of my messages the whole time I’ve been using the app. I’m really horrified that all these customers have been ignored because this app didn’t A) notify me of the messages and B) show them in the inbox.
