Poor customisation, chat message received time lag, overly complex sales channels with apple chat and messenger. Could be greatly improved, now we are looking into a third party chat option. Also just don't like the aesthetic of the chat button.

Good app but loads and alerts me of messages very slowly. Many times customers have left before I am able to reply to them. Is there a way to speed it up?

Ho deciso di utilizzarla sul mio sito e devo ammettere che è un'applicazione sviluppata benissimo. Molto intuitiva e, cosa ancor più importante, aumenta l'affidabilità per i clienti. Davvero consigliata.

Works great to communicate with customers. Only downside is having to sign in all the time if you get notified and don't have the web page or app loaded already. It's not too much hassle but if a customer is waiting live then it will consider you "away" and might end up emailing them by the time you reply.

Super simple app that gets the job of live communication done. However it does not offer any scheduling options so you need to be available 24/7 and it has an non remove-able message about leaving your phone number for a text message reply. I don't want customers having my personal cell number so un-installing this app.
Hello Five and Diamond, thank you for your review and feedback! I can address these concerns for you, as they are understandable. The ability to set hours is available only on IOS at this time, but is coming for Android soon. I agree, it's not easy being available 24/7!
Your personal cell phone number will not be shown. If the buyer leaves a phone number, you can reply directly from within Shopify Ping. The buyer will be sent a text message to the number they left from a randomized phone number that Shopify Chat provides - not your own cell phone number. The buyer can stop receiving messages by texting "stop" or by deleting the conversation.
We would love to see you re-installing the app if this information helps. Just keep it updated and you can benefit from scheduling hours when that feature is released.

Het lukt best goed om te communiceren met de Shopify inbox maar de app is soms wel wat traag. Het duurt even voor deze open gaat.
easy to chat with customers on a desktop computer, tablet, or phone. Im able to respond to customers when im not at the office.
Works fine with shopify theme! Could have more design settings. For example other type of chat icons.
