Honestly, its a great app. I've tested a few and this one seems the best in terms of functionality, reliability, easy of use, mobile access.... We uninstalled after the meaningly update to button design and PLACEMENT. The new design options are childish and since we cannot adjust distance from corners, we have had to set up other buttons based off where this button lands.. The update not only changed the design but also the placement, now all out buttons are out of wack. Its too much work to go in, every time the developer decided to change thing up, and adjust the other buttons.
Also in response to the review where "The app creates customer profiles on its own, so when the customer goes to create an account, it says "this email is already in use".". The developer response is spot on! The customer can click "forgot password", on the login page, to initiate the process of resetting or creating a password
It helps me put all the responses in one place which saves me time and money. I love being able to reply to everyone in one place.
Recently installed this - So far so good! A great way to answer some FAQ's quickly and the app works well so we can rely promptly.

Really works just like it should. Easy to respond, customizable, and obviously perfectly integrated into Shopify.
how do u delete this app? i didnt ask for this to auto intergrate on my site. terrible. someone please help
At the moment this app is just not worth using.
1.) You cannot customise the chat bubble. (So you can say 'Need help - Click here' for example.)
2.) It seems to be very delayed. A customer asks a question, the ping app takes a few seconds, then when you reply it doesn't instantly go back to the customer.
3.) No Desktop support - Whilst you can use Ping App on iPhone it would be better for our staff if they can reply within a browser. It would be much faster as they are already working within a browser.
4.) No sound notifications
5.) No offline messages available, so expect annoyed customers around the world, when you wake up in the morning.

it's nice to have immediate and direct contact with customers. I believe that it is way easier for them to communicate as well
