Getting notifications but they are silent. Any chance of adding sound with reminders? How about a pop too.

For mobile notifications or mobile reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij), such as on iOS or Android devices, you can enable the sounds or the pop-up banner style for Shopify Inbox through the device's Notification settings. love it, would much like to have Salesforce integration!, very user friendly and helpful. Sure it´ll improve with time
I really like this app. Very easy to use. My only complaint is that it is a little buried in my Shopify store--took me a while to find it
We switched from another chat app and this one is far superior. It is integrated with orders and pulls up the customer history in the sidebar which is so helpful. I like the quick replies as well. Being able to reply on a mobile phone or laptop is also a plus.
