Shopify has decided that we no longer need to see statistics of how our staff are doing in Shopify inbox and removed:
1. Average response time
and mainly
2. Sales
Why would you even think that we don't need to see performance of this sales channel?
Shopify support was NOT able to solve this.

I love it! It has all my customer info at hand. It's super easy to attach product info to messages too.
The addition of the App allows me to take care of my customers and not be stuck behind a computer. Thank you
