As of my last knowledge update in December 2023, Shopify Inbox has provided a seamless experience for businesses looking to streamline their customer communication.
The platform's user-friendly interface and integration with Shopify's ecosystem have made it efficient in managing customer inquiries, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Its robust features, such as automated responses and order management, have proven to be invaluable for businesses, making it a highly recommended tool for e-commerce operations.
Keep in mind that there may have been updates or changes to Shopify Inbox since my last knowledge update.
I love this app. The ability to respond to customers quickly makes a significant difference. It is very user-friendly, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to provide a better service to their clients.

It gets the job done. It sends quick notifications via email and or app. Does what it is supposed to do.
please add more AI. should be able to answer flavors available, whats in stock, etc.
I like the options and the AI responses after reading what the customer said. Very good!
I like the app, but I wish there was a more convenient way to view inbox messages on the backend of Shopify, instead of having to click through to another page.
good app. Will be glad to share with others. shopify works fine for the time being.
I do not recommend - We have been getting explicit videos for a week on this app, and there is no way to block people via IP or other means, or a way to prevent people from uploading files. This individual just uses fake emails and floods our inbox. Like usual, Shopify support is not helpful. Exploring other apps.
We like the idea of using the Shopify inbox on our site but in reality the app is too basic.
There is no ability to universally select notification settings. Notifications are automatically set to ON and now everyone with access to our store is getting notifications.
To switch this off - EVERYONE will need to individually enter the app and disable notifications for themselves. Even if you have 100 staff members who are nothing to do with customer service. That is bad app design.
As the store owner I should be able to select who gets access to Shopify inbox and universally what the notification settings are.
I think there also needs to be more functionality integrated around which staff members are currently available to take conversations - ideally auto allocating them to people on shift.
