I got so many login requests when trying to access both mobile and on browser.... Too much work - I am deleting it again.

This app does not support image. you won not able to see on your mobile. it's completely disappointed.

The Shopify Inbox app allows you to upload and share images with your customers via your mobile device; I just tested this myself in my iPhone and was able to share an image successfully. I have a iphone and it tells me i have to go to my desk top to pick app i want to add. I cant even get this to work computer say it cant load because its an app and not a program. page just sits and flashes.

It's unfortunate that this can only be used on my phone... I have multiple support representatives that work at a desk... I want to have them on the computer typing their responses not staring at their phone the entire time.

I was very disappointed when i saw that you did not have the application for Android, it's extremely unfortunate the application looked really good.

At the moment this app is just not worth using.

1.) You cannot customise the chat bubble. (So you can say 'Need help - Click here' for example.)
2.) It seems to be very delayed. A customer asks a question, the ping app takes a few seconds, then when you reply it doesn't instantly go back to the customer.
3.) No Desktop support - Whilst you can use Ping App on iPhone it would be better for our staff if they can reply within a browser. It would be much faster as they are already working within a browser.
4.) No sound notifications
5.) No offline messages available, so expect annoyed customers around the world, when you wake up in the morning.

Astounded by how glitchy this is. Goes down at least 6 times a day, often for prolonged periods. Chatbox conversations interrupted with customers at mid stream. Incredible damaging to customers' perception of customer service and most certainly eliminates trust. The concept, when it works if fabulous. In practice, whoever rolled this out before it was ever ready for public consumption should be reviewed internally.
