So far so good. Allows customers to voice questions or comments and we can respond very quickly.
easy to use and flexible. Haven't seen the need to purchase more complex solutions but really a shame messenger + WhatsApp chat isn't supported.

Works fine, we like it a lot.
Messages do not seem to get transferred to my email inbox, so I sometimes miss them or end up replying too late.
In overall, it is a good app, with smooth integration on a phone, which is crucial. But I miss one key feature:
The fact that it doesn't integrate with the contact itself, and so that you have the history of the chat in the contact for all to see, is a mystery to me.
Very easy to use and practical. We depend on it to stay in touch with our customers.
It so heartwarming to use this app.
