Easy to use.
its made easy to deal with customers we can every where talk with person
super easy to use and helps interactions within our store!
It's very useful and gives customers a way to contact us without going through piles of emails. It also identifies spam and enables you to block senders you don't want to be in communication with.
Recommended.
We are still working on our website so when people do take the time to send us a quick email, it helps reach a wider customer base. Saying that, I wish setting up the website with shopify personnel was easier - we had a shopify chat person tell us to delete ourselves from our website and she could not fix it. Luckily I had assigned another person to our website and she was able to go in, change the cc for an upcoming bill and add me back in my website. It was very stressful and we still can't seem to finish the website - it's 95% done.
It's okay. Could be better
Been using the Shopify inbox for more than a year and really appreciate the spam message detection feature. It's very convenient with a user-friendly interface. Highly recommend to install the app on mobile so you can respond faster to inquiries.
