Great app to use for customer service and I'm using this app for the last 7 months in different stores first it has some issues but now it's fine

Easy to chat with mobile or desktop customers. Will be testing it out for Black Friday week when we have the highest volume.

Works well. We can definitely better manage communication with our customers. I would rather this be integrated within the same shopify app and not a separate app but that's just an additional improvement
