I really love this app. I have gotten more customers because people can chat with me directly and with the automated messages, they can get responses quick. It's so helpful! I highly recommend!

This app is very helpful to communicate with the customer who are not input there email address when they make an order.

I find that many more customers are reaching out for help. In the past I only had a "contact us" page and customers used it sparingly. Now we get engaged customers every day.

Ter um chat na minha loja é importante. Mas não imaginei que fosse tão bom. Vinculei às minhas redes sociais e sou notificado e posso responder por aqui, conversas das redes sociais. Isso é incrível! Além de ser muito fácil de configurar, oferece respostas automáticas, o que facilita muito o pronto atendimento e orientação ao cliente. Muito satisfeito até agora. Super recomendo!
