Simple, efficace, avec plusieurs fonctionnalités comme la mise en place de messages automatiques ou encore la possibilité d'envoyer le lien de l'article au client directement.
Parfait pour mon utilisation !

I do like this app as it's easier for customers to contact you instantly without waiting. However we've had a couple of occasions where people have used obscene language and there's no way to block them.

I'm glad to see that you've found customers have been able to contact you directly through the Shopify Inbox app but am sorry to hear that some have used this feature to send rude and obscene messages to you.

Wir benutzen die App und sind größtenteils zufrieden damit. Gerne hätten wir noch weitere Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, dann würden wir mehr Sterne vergeben. Zum Beispiel würden wir gerne das "Chatte mit uns" vom Wording her ändern

This app is useful, easy to use, I use it in my store and I recommend using it. To the dev: I would suggest making an improvement on the contact, where we have the user name and bellow we have messaged you from [Page title], currently, it shows only the page title and it's not enough, would be good if we add some unique information like SKU or the link to the page, a lot of users contact me and asking me a question about the product without saying the product name.
