Do what it should do for free, after a week-end 5 chat opened, a sale that won't happend without it occured. Good job. Even If I will probably move for something with more features it's the best app to start open chat on your store.

Very useful app, connects well to all devices and has a nice FAQ features which saves a lot of time for users

I just loaded and so far like it! Really like the add product option!
We have already converted orders in the first 48 hours.
Would be nice if I could respond to chats on my cell! It does not optimize for the cell phone. Also would like chat notifications on my cell.
So much better than the chat app I was on and much cheaper!

Email Notification settings for new chats and new messages for existing chats are very limited. It is easy to miss a new chat or new message from a customer. There are Push notifications available if the iOS/Android app is installed, and there are Desktop notifications you can enable for Chrome, but what this app really needs is an actual Settings feature for Notifications.

I would give 5 starts but there is a major issue with with Google robots and SERPS. The app is injecting a "(1)" at the beginning of the page tiles to signify the number of messages. This shows up on search engine results pages. Resubmitting the sitemap doesn't fix the issue. Either remove that injection or code it in a way so it is invisible to Google robots. Thank you!
