Very convenient!
is the best to use from messages to marketing and the most important part is everything is free
It does what it says on the tin, there are occasions I do miss the messages, but I'm not sure if that's my end of Shopify's but on the whole communication is good.
There aren't enough filters to shield against hackers and other scammers. I'm currently dealing with someone who hacked into my account. I don't know how they got in, I shouldn't jump to conclusions. I wasn't inferring that "Inbox" was to blame, only that more security might help against intruders. I've had a great experience with all Shopify products. Thank you for being there whenever help is needed.
It's great and native to Shopify (obviously).
Only request would be more customisation options (custom fonts / CSS etc)
Nos gusta bastante, se trabaja cómodo solo que sería mucho mejor poder enviar archivos adjuntos, no sé porqué nosotros no podemos hacerlo.
Hola! funciona la app y es muy útil. Si es posible revisar la conectividad ya que siempre presenta un delay entre mensaje y notificaciones.
We like Shopify Inbox except for the exception that (as far as we know) it can't be shut off when we are not available to answer. This is frustrating for our customers.
