o aprimoramento sempre se deve em acelerar o contato apos o cliente fizer alguma solicitação. Tem que ser automatico, o mais rapido possivel !

I love it! It has all my customer info at hand. It's super easy to attach product info to messages too.
This app is great and our customers find it very useful too! I was initially a little unsure about it asking for their email addresses at the start of the chat, but it has allowed positive follow up when we've missed a question and also further information later on, when it's required, and that can only be good :)
l'installation n'est si intuitive qu'il n'y parait
J'aurais souhaité que les clients ne soient pas obligés de mettre une adresse mail pour envoyer le chat, mais je comprends que c'est nécessaire
