We've been using this for a few months now. This has been effective at engaging customers and answering questions. We've had at least 30 conversations (a meaningful number for our store), and the app has worked well.
This easy to use app helps answer potential customers questions and which funnels more leads into sales. This increases revenue.

YOU NEED A BUTTON OR OPTION TO ALLOW TO CLOSE ALL OPEN CONVERSATIONS OR OLD MESSAGES
I would recommend this app because it is a very easy way to connect with your customers and simple to use, it is user friendly.
Perfect app. Works on my phone and desktop seamlessly. When I read and answer a message on my phone, the message leaves the desktop as well for no duplicating messages.
