Installed the app to track Bing conversions, but it simply does not work. I reached out to support and every 30 minutes I was talking to a different person, repeating the same steps over and over. No progress. Eventually, they claimed my theme was outdated – even though I’m using the latest version of Shrine, and every other conversion tracking app works perfectly. Waste of time. Avoid.
Terrible experience. No reply from support in over two days after asking for help multiple times. No Refund, Doesnt Work.
I was originally hoping to use the Microsoft Channel app but it's not available in Australia. This app has been a good alternative. Iqra was very helpful at getting the app set up. The initial install didn't work for me but after a couple of screen sharing settings we were up and running and with my conversion tracking successfully working. Thanks so much. I hope to be a long time user.
