We have been using InkFrog for approx 4 years and it is the best app we could have asked for. We used to spend so much time removing stock from our eBay store that had sold on our Shopify store and vice-versa and now InkFrog does it for us.
It was quite difficult to setup as we have so many items for sale with a huge range of variants per item. However, now that it is setup, it's pretty seamless.
The developer has sorted any issues that have arisen very quickly which is invaluable to keep things running smoothly.
UPDATE (14/10/2019) - the support offered by InkFrog is incredible. They reply almost always immediately and are incredibly knowledgeable. Also I am now using their templates for my eBay store. They were so easy to use and setup, wish I had done it back in the beginning!
I definitely recommend InkFrog to Shopify users that also run an eBay store.
inkFrog has made replicating my Shopify store on eBay simple and efficient. inkFrog's system lets me fulfill orders without going into the clunky eBay summary pages. I started with inkFrog's very flexible templates and have since moved into custom javascript listing templates but either way, inkFrog is a flexible and powerful management center for our eBay store. After using it a month, you won't want to live without it.

This app has been very useful for us. Very effective at pushing items to ebay. Have to be careful of the settings you use to make sure it does what you want it to do, but so far we're very happy.
Tried to persevere with this app for a long time. Multiple order creation, inconsistent synchronisation, and poor service are the main issues. Final issue was creation of 119 false orders affecting stock, and they were unwilling to help reverse. Advise trying another provider before you get too deep and it is hard to change.
Doesn`t display orders from time to time. Especially multi item orders don`t show up. Please fix that guys!
I been a longtime customer and generally happy with app. For the past 9 weeks I am having issues mapping new products and also pictures not transferring. They said the developers are aware of the issue. It's been 9 weeks and no fix. When is someone going to care enough to fix the problem. Is this the way inkfrog is telling me to go some where else!!!! nothing should take 9 weeks to fix. WAKE UP INFROG

Great app, used now for many years. wish it had more features and more UK marketplaces, but that won't add at this stage anyway.
So far this is working so great! Support has been very responsive and helpful. I really wish they would come up with an app that is similar for Amazon that would make my year!
I have been using this app for a few months now and overall it works well. It takes time to get used to the user interface and how to manage your listings, but this is never going to be easy whatever tool you use. Synchronisation between shopify and ebay can fail for a number of reasons, so it takes time to understand what all of the errors actually mean. Saying that the support team are very responsive and helpful when it comes to understanding what is broken. I have raised a few enhancement requests, but there is very little appetite to enhance the app which surprises me.
