inkFrog for eBay

UPDATE: App continues to duplicate orders in shopify. We lost 5k in dupe shipped orders in 1 day!! Do not use this app, it creates duplicate orders and has server glitches. We just discovered that we lost several thousand dollars due to duplicate orders created by Inkfrog in Shopify. Not safe to use, unless you manually check each order to ebay and paypal before shipment.

Non-functioning as it was supposed to. Listing eBay seldom apply to listings. Orders do not make it to shopify. Very disappointed.

Very intuitive App - Well Designed - Great Results.

I look forward to seeing how far they can take this service and will be happy to pay for professional additions to the App.

I've tried several eBay integrations, and inkFrog is by far the best. Excellent support, excellent UI, excellent features. It is a pleasure to use, and I expect great things from this development company in the future! Currently eBay sales do not register in Shopify as Orders, however I am waiting for that to be improved!

Great. Easy to setup, easy to manage. Never have to go into eBay. Templates make formatting a breeze.

Inkfrog has helped me sync my inventory between shopify and ebay. This is exactly what I needed. When an items sell on one platform Inkfrog syncs the inventory with the other platform. Customer Service is great too, they went out of their way to help me when I contacted them. 5-stars

Short Version Review: Excellent App.
Long Version Review:
I couldn't find anything else that matches this app in it's ability to push and sync with ebay "Free".
The Product/Listing Templates are great and the ability to create profiles and apply them to a set of products is amazing.
We have over 200 products, having to set them up one by one would have been a nightmare. It took us about an hour to understand the basics of the app and post to e-bay.
The only thing we found to be a bit limited or you would have to be familiar with liquid language to customize was the invoice and packing list templates. These were a bit limited in terms of auto-replace variables, but still we managed to create an invoice similar to the Shopify Store invoice.
Also note that currently as of writing this review the order number is fixed in format. It starts with 1001 and onwards. There is no way to change it. So be aware of that so it doesn't create conflicts with other order numbers if you merge and use the order number from multiple sources on external applications or accounting.
Considering that the only negative we can find was small limitations in customizing order number and invoice templates, this is a great app. Five Star
Forgot to mention superior customer support

So far so good. We used to use inkfrog back before the shopify ebay app was created and liked it. Unfortunately, shopify's app doesn't seem to support 'make an offer' so we decided to give inkfrog another go.

A frustrating situation turned out amazing as we wanted to redo the trial to make sure it'd do what we needed it to. Customer support was incredibly fast and proficient to help us. About 5 emails back and forth later (under probably an hour) we were back in the trial.

If inkfrog works as well as it did before, then I won't touch this review because my customer experience has been 6/5 stars and the product was 5/5 when we last tried it.

Great app and would recommend, quick and easy to set up and use. I now have 2 eBay stores connected and makes life easier.
