inkFrog for eBay

Does exactly what is says! Listing on Ebay is quite a complicated issue and Inkfrog has managed to make it as simple as possible. Congrats!!!

I have used InkFrog for many of my stores. It is faster than the other ones in synching inventories, almost instant really, which is amazing. I don't really care about processing orders on Shopify, because eBay offers the best prices on postage, but inkfrog offers these great templates to make my eBay listings stand out without spending additional money. I love InkFrog and it is always reliable. .

I agree with the post below. It does not always deduct your inventory from Ebay or sync properly. I have oversold inventory at least 5 times in the last month since switching to this product!

Up until recently, I have been a long-term customer. The price point was great considering it's limitations. Ebay put forth its fall update and inkfrog did not prepare for it properly causing an error for me that would have made more work than the original listings themselves. After opening a support ticket I was basically put on my own to fix one by one all the errors they were responsible for. I believe if I am paying a company for a solution that is their job, not to create more problems for their customers. So I have moved on to another solution in the same price point that is much more robust with a staff that creates solutions rather than push back

Very good cost-quality app, does an excellent job with eBay listings.

Like any software, there is a learning curve and this one is not any different. It will do what you want and more. Syncing was quick & easy including photos, variants, & pricing. If your listings are not eBay compliant that will be an issue. If you have a lot of variants you may be limited to the number of listings until you receive approval from eBay to add more listings. But Inkfrog lets you know your listing status. It will fill your inventory automatically, shipping is a snap with all orders coming to your store at Shopify plus all messages come directly to the email address you use for Shopify. Inkfrog fully integrates with eBay in almost all cases. Any changes in your Shopify store listings can be uploaded separately to your eBay listing...a great feature. Inkfrog support is excellent and you can schedule a meeting with one of their gurus to walk you through the program. I encourage you to do this...it will help you get up and running quicker. eBay can be a hassle but the sales are there waiting for you. We had 52 orders for our first 2 weeks. IF you want to sell on eBay this is the app to use. It has all the bells and whistles to integrate your store and eBay.

I need to make a few changes to not max out my ebay listing limit through multiple listings of the same product where I track inventory but apart from that should do the job nicely.

We use Shopify and cross promote to Ebay. It was working ok until Shopify (or Ebay?) changed their app. We could no longer edit our listings on Ebay and worse.... we lost the ability to offer "Best Offer" on our items. THAT WAS HUGE!
I contacted support and their was no fix, that is until Sheryl wrote and told me about Ink Frog. Problem solved. I can edit and we can use the "Best Offer" feature on Ebay. The app is easy, it's comprehensive, data transfers easily between Ebay and Shopify, We can use the app for shipping, messages, listings, etc. No problems.
Support is outstanding too. Set up is a bit confusing, but support is available as well as tutorials. (I didn't take advantage of the tutorials and directions and messed up syncing, support had me up and running again in no time.
Sheryl also stayed with me all the way and between her and the support staff, I couldn't ask for better hand holding.

i spent a lot of money for nothing. i wrote to the support and there is also no live support. i cant recomand this program. 290 $ spent for nothing !!!!
