This application is great! I used it to import all of my products within minutes! The setup was fast and easy as well! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I wish it was easier to reach tech support. The app has many glitches and tech support is impossible to get a hold of. I scheduled a call with them. Waiting on the line for 20 minutes and no one connected.
Great App for listing direct to eBay. Support is great to most of our emails have been reply to within a few hours. Would recommend.
Good app with a lot of possibilities but be very carefull with Ebay fees when listing a large number of products. I forgot this and got a very bad surprise.
But for those who are aware of it, the app works great and do what it is suppose to do.
I am changing my review not all because of inkfrog but because of mostly because of ebay. EBAY can ruin your business in 3 seconds flat. I sold $2500 worth of items to clients who are not qualified clients. There has been issue after issue with Ebay I would steer clear of them. Do not be fooled when thinking "this time it will be different". It will not be different and you will dig a hole that will be very costly to get out once you realize there are 10 requests for returns and ebay goes out of their way to ensure it is difficult. I did run into pricing issues which did cost hundreds to remedy. Ink Frog needs to fix pricing issues when you are uploading 700 items and 10 items list for 50% their original prices and receive immediate purchases it is very difficult telling a potential customer, whoops issue with inkfrog I have to cancel. There is no faster way to receive 1-star ratings from "EBAY" clients.
Okay, I'm HIGHLY annoyed. I wasted over 2 hours setting this horrid app up all for Shopify to tell me that I am now allowed to manage and add my products that I am dropshipping to EBay. Guess I'll just have to add them manually and do it all without an app. If you're dropshipping DO NOT download and use this app. It's a huge waste of time. I don't recommend this in the slightest. Thanks for wasting my already minimal time.

If there is any issue that actually requires them working on (you'll encounter many such issues)
They will just ignore you, close their eyes, plug their ears and wait until the problem (you) will go away.
So, everything started well. Integration was perfect. Listing templates were basic but functional and cross platform management was seamless. That was until I start selling multiple quantity items.
The moment I sold an item on eBay and the app updated the quantity for that product on my website, it would, for some reason, revert the price of the item on ebay back to the price listed on my website, which in every case was lower than my eBay listing price.
This would happen even after going back in to the listing manually to readjust the pricing.
Due to this, over the span of a month, I lost more in profit than the app costs to sub. Not good business practice. Therefore I have now cancelled my subscription and deleted the app. If this wasn't the case I would gladly keep using the app. However, this major bug made it unviable to continue using it for my purposes.
Your review is very concerning since we've not heard of this type of issue occurring previously when using inkFrog. It sounds like it could have been a case of sync settings not being set up to do what you had expected.
