Avoid this company. The application has so many strange and unique quirks about it. Sometimes, it work. Sometimes, it doesn't. Many times, we oversell on eBay due to unknown reasons even though the same item on Shopify has a QoH of ZERO. For the years we've been using it, I think we've found and reported so many bugs that they pretty much ignore us because we're always giving them bad news. Now, they cannot even do billing properly.. Twice now, our account has been degraded to the FREE plan because they cannot bill properly. *I* then have to go jump through hoops to get it straightened out. Sadly, the app shows a lot of promise. However, it is not quite ready for prime time. Some features work well, but we continually find functionality issues... items selling with sales tax calculated incorrectly; items selling with free shipping that should have a flat or calculated shipping cost; other items that should have free shipping but have flat or calculated shipping terms, SKUs magically changing to something else; Item descriptions mysteriously reverting back to an old description; many times we cannot update the eBay listing from within InkFrog till we delete and recreate the item. The support team is friendly and usually responds within 24 hours. Many times, they report the problem is "fixed" only to find it really isn't. The explanations for the issues range from invalid account settings on eBay to explanations which make no sense. It has cost us countless lost sales and MANY months of lost productivity of my staff due its erratic and unpredictable operation. It's quite frustrating to pay them for the opportunity to debug their program. This review will be revised as the application improves, unfortunately, lately, the app and company are degrading.

Made it so easy to get our products onto ebay! Very happy so far with the integrations adjusting stock levels etc Mini beer kegs from www.ikegger.com everywhere now!

This is the best one I've tried. Much less glitches/ more robust. Experienced, accessible staff.

All I can say is yet another gem from the Shopify app store. Super easy to set up in minutes. The app does all the work. We're total nubes to eBay and had an initial monthly limit of $1000 or 10 listings, whichever came first and it ended up being a sad total of 6 listings. inkFrog made a limit increase request on our behalf and increased that to 1000 listings. Priceless assistance from the app developers and incredibly leveraged productive use of time in getting listings up and on eBay. Fingers now crossed for some sales ;)

Don't think I could build a website without Inkfrog anymore. I like to build the products on Shopify first, then push it to eBay and it all runs amazingly. Thanks Ink Frog!

The update this past year has rendered Inkfrog completely useless to Ebay Motors sellers. There are so many bugs and fixes that need tending to, it literally made listing on ebay more of a hassle than helping us.

Great app, it does what i want and more :) . Makes life very easy. I can have different information in both my website and ebay store, like description, pictures and prices.

I was a long time user of Inkfrog's previous online platform, inkfrog.com. After recently opening a Shopify store, philsretro.com, I decided to give Inkfrog Open a try as a way to manage my eBay listings. So far, I am loving this new Inkfrog. It's fast for listings and managing listings. I love the clean, simple look of the online site. I had no problem importing some of my inventory from my shopify store and quickly listing it in my eBay store, after I set up various profiles and created some custom templates. So far, Inkfrog Open rocks and I highly recommend this app!

FIRST of all, I can't believe the power this little critter has AND the support it has. FOR FREE. Free folks!!!!! I looked at many other HIGH priced apps and fell in love with this little ditty immediately. Like anything new, you need to get comfortable with it but once you get going, you will FLY. I had close to 4,0000 items to export to eBay from my Shopify store. It was so easy to make groups of like items, add their details and VIOLA! Support has been incredible. Between holding my hand, calming me down AND making suggestions- all while clearly explaining things- puts their support above ANY service I've ever used. I can't say enough good things. It's actually FUN to use this and I love hearing the bell that it's loaded on ebay! HA!! ☺
