We couldn't get the app to embed in our homepage so dropped them a message and within the hour they requested access to edit the theme, and did it for us! Exceptional customer support! :-)

When I couldn't get my IG feed to load I contacted their customer service team. I was connected with a rep immediately and all was up and running in 5 minutes.
