I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eldar on a technical support issue I was experiencing. This individual showed great dedication in fixing the issue very quickly, he explained everything that he was doing so that I would better understand how the App works and he further took time in ensuring that he stayed with me while I tested the issue on my site that he resolved. Their customer service is very professiinal, effective and available even at 2:30 in the morning. I am extremely happy that I have added this service to my shopify site. Thank you again Eldar.
Affordable and easy to use, I love the way it looks and presents on my website and the way it functions. Tattu was incredibly helpful and provided a response and a solution to all of my questions or requests almost immediately. Tattu has made it a great experience.

The app is great, but the customer service is just INCREDIBLE! I downloaded this app purely based on the other reviews left by customers about the customer service, and they definitely did not disappoint! Kalys assisted me from the get-go, and no request was too much for him. He integrated the app for me within minutes of our first initial message.
