Great app, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVER... On boarded, tweaked the app to our liking upon request. would recommend to all
Lots of glitches for UGC gallery. Posts are not in right order, when contacted, they insist there is nothing wrong even though my gallery is showing old posts first despite set to 'newest posts first'
We would like to apologize for the negative experience you faced with UGC gallery. This has been a tough time for us knowing that we've let you down and failed to provide you with the service you deserve. We have already resolved the issue and sent several emails, but haven't received any reply yet. Please note, that “Newest posts first” sorting is working on the admin panel for the convenient moderation of posts.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eldar on a technical support issue I was experiencing. This individual showed great dedication in fixing the issue very quickly, he explained everything that he was doing so that I would better understand how the App works and he further took time in ensuring that he stayed with me while I tested the issue on my site that he resolved. The app is great, but the customer service is just INCREDIBLE! I downloaded this app purely based on the other reviews left by customers about the customer service, and they definitely did not disappoint! Kalys assisted me from the get-go, and no request was too much for him. He integrated the app for me within minutes of our first initial message.
