This app is very easy to use i like how it make my product shoppable on instagram. And i also like the new features they have
UX is awful. It won't let me search the influencer by their handle only with hashtags. It also won't let me add the influencer image to the product page without downloading code. It used to be easier to use but since they updated the app, it's gone downhill. Will probably delete the app and find something similar. 100% do not recommend.

This is an awesome app!!! Our industry is reliant on high-quality 'in-situ' imagery - so to drive sales via instagram that is fully integrated to shopify is a no-brainer for our business. Snapppt is easy to install, easy to manage and offer great support. Snapppt - you rock!!!
Just installed the app and really enjoying it so far. Thanks very much for the quick support from Fede, Yemi & Guy to help get it up and running. Great option due to changes in Instagram no longer being shown on Shopify stores. Looking forward to diving in deeper.
So far so good! Just started using the application and it was very simple to set up. After setting up i was able to choose the products/lifestyle images we wanted to feature and it was very smooth. Have an issue with changing the text but i put in a request for support, still waiting on that since i just sent the email yesterday. 5 stars as to what this app does, looks beautiful really happy i decided to install. Hope i can get the support i need for the text but aside from that anyone with instagram and has products to sell, get this app!
Love this app! Easy to implement, easy to use, and super helpful for customers. Instagram is our #1 referrer, so it makes shopping easier for customers who find us through the platform. Definitely the best app I've ever used.

I have had a great experience with Snapppt.com. I have had great customer service ( Victoria in particular) has been exceptional in helping me set up our very large website and has been patient and helpful with issues that arose ( sometimes due to my own errors). I have found that SNAPPT gave our website and Instagram that extra feature that customers love and the functionality makes it easy to order and view our items. We have linked our Instagram pictures to our pictures on our website to help our customer get a better view of how a swimsuit or cover up would look on a "real" person.
I have had nothing but positive comments from our customers and it the look and set up is easy and very time efficient! SNAPPT has been reliable and efficient with getting back to me in a timely manner which is very important when you are running an online business. I would recommend this app to all online companies looking to integrate their Instagram with a shopping option.
