The installation was easy and it appeared immediately. I don't yet know though, how it will work until a customer uses it and I hope this is a good experience for them. I don't know how the free gift is ordered/given to them though. Can you explain the process please?

the customer service is an absolute joke! it takes forever for them to get back to you and when they finally do, they tell you they cannot help you. A complete waste of time!

Love the concept but it doesn't seem to be tracking peoples actions such as sharing ect. I see people sharing the content but they are not getting credit for the points.

Waste of time. I lost all my work because the image uploader wasn't working which you can't save unless you have those two. Online FAQ provided no support and there is no one to chat to even though you are constantly spammed with the instant messenger chat pop-up.

I did love setting up my giveaway using this app. It was easy to use and very clear! However I would love to have certain options for sign up. I stream online a lot and would love to be able to customize it where all someone needs to put in is their Steam Name/Twitch Name/Discord Name. That way I would be able to just message them the game code instead of having to make them give their email that they hardly ever check. Keep up the good work!

I like instant giveaway, however it would be a lot better if you could customize the look and feel a little more. An email explaining the giveaway would be awesome when people first sign up.

I used this app to attract new customers. It acutally surprised me. I would recommend you try it out.
I used this app to help me generate sales and traffic to my website. The directions for this app is not clear and that the only thing that I would change.
Haven't seen any progress yet.had about a few day we will see.i got a few people that may had came from this but not sure I will wait.
Good app, one issue is; it grays out the page whilst the does not in front on you are the viewing the page from.
I use this app to drive traffic to my online store and hopefully get sales. I will recommend the app once i got result
I found the customer service to be slow and the free portion of the product to have limited help on their website. Getting close to uninstalling it and not using
Decent app and configuration but it will not let me see any stats from running the promotion. Not a bad app but needs work on functionality.
i didn't try it yet but i think and wish it helps to increase my traffic and maybe the sales too.....
This app has done wonders for our online shop. I'd give it a 10/10 if I could. If you want to improve your sales sign up.
