InstantSerach+ suits our needs perfectly, it’s easy to install, has excellent support and importantly does exactly what it is meant to do, providing a detailed search experience for customers as well as feedback to us through the dashboard that is informative and actionable. Highly recommended and a must if you re serious about search.

Superb search, superb support (Tnx Ed and team). I did pay for custom css and theme integration but it is seamless with the site and looks great. Faster than other searches and intelligent results. We have over 4k skus so essential app for us.
We now have over 60k skus and I wouldn't be without IS+, just removed another recently bought app and added (with Danny's help) their recommendations and seen site load speed decrease by 30%- RESULT.
Now have 80k skus and couldn't work without IS+, love the app, love their dev and support. Tnx

Your sync function is really bad and time consuming. When we were on the free trail it worked perfectly, on the 50$ per months it did not work and now we are on 89$ a month and it is NOT syncing automatically as it did on the free trail. I must say that I am looking for an alternative product.
Also if you do a search for two words, it does not list the items with both words first. A search should prioritise items that have both search words. SO again I am not impressed.
And I think that you are very expensive.
But if the program worked like it did on the free trail i would stay with you. But it does not.

This app gives our customers a better search experience and gives us analytics that we can use. I really appreciate the quick response to any questions I have and help with setting things up. Great support from your team!

Very useful - as a Web admin, I have set up several search engines for Web sites, and this is incredibly easy to enable and configure. As a store owner, I see the difference between using the standard Shopify search results and this app. Keep up the good work!
