Amazing customer support. I had an enhancement I wanted since our store ships both domestic and internationally, but I couldn't figure it out. With their support, I was able to get the necessary CSS from support and make the changes.
VERY EASY and SPEEDY

Search & Product Filters App is absolutely excellent and has fantastic options for displaying collections, and with very quick search features and much more. Support, Stav was very thorough and helpful in support with a query. If I was a store customer, I would especially like the large product cards that showcase and enhance home & outdoor collections brilliantly. Superb app with excellent support 5 stars. Ezailer Store

I did not fully explore the app but find the demand for customer geo-location data on sign up, unacceptable. There is no reason for this app to have that information, why do they need to know a 10 digit grid for my customers - I don't need to know it so why do they make this a condition of using their app?

Would NOT recommend. This app ads code to your site that takes developer support to delete. Bad business! Subpar customer service and the functionality is really bad. The look and feel is not responsive either.

I also want to thank the development team for this app - it's great.
At first I was intimidated by how much this application goes through the store and integrates into it, but now I do not see a future without it, it actually realized my dreams of how filter and search should be in my store.
I definitely recommend it as one of the essential apps that should be installed in any store that has over 1000 items.

It's a great app, but most of all the support is amazing! The least positive part is the price but it is what it is. But I recommend!

Fantastic company! I cannot say enough good this about their support! Is is second to none! I had trouble setting up a keyword filter. Alex and Kate showed how to do it and fixed a problem that occurred immediately. Thanks again Folks!

We've used Instant Search Plus for a number of years now and it's a great tool that is very easy to use. The best part about the app is the great hands-on support from their team. It seems to be ok but I the index took too long to complete for a simple store. Also the App admin is a bit hard to use.

I've tried a couple other search apps, of course hoping for the cheapest solution, I've always come back to Instant Search +. They have top notch service they are so responsive to questions. It's worth it just for that alone but I also think it's one of the best search apps you can get for shopify.

I am happy to get this awesome app...Actually, i have search bars like these a lot before at Amazon and other professional websites and i was always wondering how on earth they could do something like that, until i read a Shopify blog and got their advice to get this app and i am happy i did :)

Very complete app. Takes a bit of time to setup if your theme as some conflict or its own search, but the support team answers within a few hours and have fixed all our issues. Its expensive but its the most customizable and reliable app for a good search engine.

We've been using Instant Search for about 3 years now and it is a huge part of our e-commerce business. Easy to use and a very communicative support team that is definitely one of the standouts in the app universe here on Shopify. It's been a big contributor to the growth of our company too and has helped us grow roughly exponentially YoY since launching on Shopify

The platform has so many easily customizable options that it truly is an out of the box solution and is what you make of it. Once you get the lay of the land in the admin panel, you realize that you can do everything that you need to. Another great feature is that most of the styling of the theme is automatically picked up in the app which makes for a seamless experience.

We're now onto our second version of Apt2B.com launching soon and are taking ISP to new heights. We're excited to be partnered and are looking forward to seeing where things go with the app. Highly recommend.
