I used this app because my Theme did not support alternative products when searching for articles in my store. I needed some help initially and i got very fast and valuable help directly.

A great upgrade from the default Shopify search. The searches are quick, the layout is clean and the additional sort features are amazing. Don't miss out because customers can't find your products - this is a must have app!
The support has been phenomenal, a great app for large catalogs.
Absolutely wonderful search app. Improves our site vastly over the default Shopify search. You do still need to have your products labelled relatively well, but the only alternative would be some kind of mind reader.
I have no idea how good the support is because I have never needed any.

Excellent easy to use app! Easy to set up and I believe that it is a true plus for my shop. Very prompt customer service too!!
I have a lot of product with people messaging me with something they can't find .. WOW Everything my store needed ! I'm excited to watch my conversions increase!
