Fast Simon Search and Filter

Fast Simon has been a game changer for our business. Their excellent customer support and developer team were able to customize a sophisticated filtering and search function for our website. They were fast, efficient, smart and endlessly patient. We are now able to present an on-brand experience for our customers with the analytics to assess how our business is performing and the ability to manage our filters and search easily. Highly recommended!

I was really impressed when I found the Fast Simon App. It looks like it can do everything I want it to do and maybe more. I am still setting everything up. I did run into some display issues, but Kate was able to figure out what needed to be changed and the problem was solved within minutes. This is the best search and filtering we have ever had on our site. Thank you.

If your website has a lot of products, this app is a must-have. We looked at a couple of other search apps and Instant Search were the only ones that could provide exactly what we wanted. Support is quick, friendly and effective. I have contacted Ed and Jay at various times, every time they have been really, really helpful. What I also like is that they continuously add new features and improve things. I totally recommend these guys.

Again, Ed has pulled out all the stops! I was trying to work out a way of coding the search page so that a banner image appeared when a certain collection was searched for. Ed created a solution which worked perfectly. I cannot praise their support enough. Their service is second to none.

Great app - we tested a bunch of search tools & this was by far the best solution currently available for Shopify. We use it at RepeaterStore to sell cell phone signal boosters.

IS has really helped us bring our Shopify store to the next level. With more than 10,000 SKU's on our site most applications could not provide/handle the extensive filter/sorting options that IS has to offer. One of the best onsite search Apps I have used in my career. Tons of features and customizations that any user can take action on. One of the greatest values of instant search is their customer service. Extremely fast response times and if they can't resolve over email they will schedule a 30 minute session with you asap. Would highly recommend this app to anyone on the fence or in the midst of researching on site search software.
