We've been running Intellect AI on our Shopify store for a few months now, and it's made a real difference in how we handle customer support.

The chatbot answers questions accurately, helps customers track and manage their orders, and makes product recommendations that actually feel helpful instead of pushy. It also handles the majority of routine questions on its own, so our team isn't buried in repetitive tickets.

The feature we like most is how smoothly it hands off to live support when a question needs a human. Between that, the customizable AI avatar, and the near-automatic setup, we've cut down a lot of manual support work without sacrificing the customer experience.
