In short, and I don't say this lightly -- Intelligems has been a game changer for improving our business!

We've been running on Shopify Plus for nearly five years; for most of this period, we had a rather uninspiring set of testing tools to employ. Google Optimize was a decent solution for front-end and content optimization, but with the upcoming sunset we've been in search of a tool that combines ease of function with affordability; price and theme testing was manual and annoying.

Intelligems is a truly comprehensive suite of testing tools that makes optimizing nearly any part of our ecommerce experience a breeze. I've been delighted by the core functionality as well as the responsiveness of the team. This is the rare ecommerce SaaS tool that will measurably pay for itself in short order, and I recommend Intelligems to every ecommerce operator serious about conversion and margin optimization (i.e all of us)!

If you believe in making solid decisions based on Data then dont look anywhere else. This App is incredible and it does what it says and more (they are constantly launching new tools). The CS team is superb as well. In this ever changing economic times, having control over profits and revenue and being able to test and track the effect of price/copy changes has been of incredible value to our organization.

I'm surprised to see mostly five star reviews for this app.
Having previously tested out Shoplift for landing page split testing and AB Convert for price testing, I came to Intelligems hoping to find an all-in-one solution.

Unfortunately, it's proven to be a major waste of my time. Here's what I wish I'd known before investing my time into this app:

- The UI is complex.
- To run a split test on landing pages you need to add custom code.
- If you have geo-redirects for subdomains you need to create redirects for every test region.
- If you want to run a price test, it's an extra $300 per month minimum (AB Convert offer this function for $50).

The alternative apps out there like Shoplift & AB Convert are both cheaper and, crucially, take minimal time to setup, run and interpret. When time is your most valuable resource, this is a major factor.

The best tool and team for getting started with A/B testing. Super hands on support (onboarding, troubleshooting, and even strategy). The tool is easy to use, easy to understand the results, and I always know the Intelligems team will be there to help us out if needed. We've used it so far to test shipping rates and shipping minimums, something we've always been curious about and now we have data to back up our approach.

Within one week I launched my first test, which was a shipping test and I instantly was able to add thousands of dollars per month in profit.

On top of that, I got put on with Hannah, a dedicated employee who helps me set up my split tests. She is awesome, super smart, fast to respond and extremely reliable. I'll send her a split test idea and she'll have the test ready to go within 48 hours MAX.

I've worked with many different service providers and/or apps but few match the quality, expertise, and speed of intellegems. 10/10 recommend. It's a no brainer!

Intelligems is a critical part of our tech stack. In the platform, price and shipping testing were easy to implement. It also made it easy to measure profit impact to the business. Intelligems helped us test the key elements of our offer that are otherwise very difficult to experiment on. Typically testing prices, volume discounts, and shipping charges or free shipping thresholds leads to murky results as it's difficult to offer the customer a seamless experience through the funnel or you have to do pre/post type analysis which can have many pitfalls. Intelligems made this super easy. They deeply integrate with Shopify to create clean variations from ads all the way to checkout. The level of support from the team is outstanding. Very accessible on slack and it feels like I'm talking to a product owner who knows their tech very well in every interaction. Great team, product, and experience overall.
