I've been using Intelligems daily for well over a year now and have found it to be one of the most comprehensive and easy to use AB testing tools out there. Also, any time I find myself stuck setting up a test or understanding my results, I just reach out to their support team and get the most thorough and helpful responses! This has been a great app for all our A/B testing purposes and has a very intuitive and clean dashboard with options for customization. We recently ran into an issue where data on our landing page split test was not matching up with our store data. Upon opening a support ticket, Mike was extremely helpful and responsive, asking good follow up questions to get to the root issue. It turned out it was an issue in our store's code, but Carolyn and the Intelligems engineering team went above and beyond by taking the time to examine our site and not only quickly found the issue, but also fixed it that same day. Our test is running smoothly now and we plan to continue using this app for all our A/B testing needs.
