A Powerful AI Agent for Our Store
Interactor has been a great addition to our Shopify store. Setup was straightforward, and the agent was tailored around our products, customer journey, and the way we want to serve shoppers.
It provides helpful product recommendations, communicates in a friendly and natural way, and guides customers through the right workflows — from their initial enquiry through to qualification and the next step. Owner Mode is especially useful, giving us visibility into conversations and the ability to step in personally whenever needed.
The app feels much more capable than a standard chatbot. It is helping us deliver a more personalized customer experience, handle enquiries more efficiently, and create a clearer path from conversation to sale.
