Great customer service and support from most people I have dealt with and particularly Daisy and the Australia Post integration team.
The app itself is easy to use and fantastic integration with Shopify.
We still get stung occasionally with some unforeseen fees from individual couriers (especially TNT) which results in me just avoiding that courier option.
Only feedback would be it would be ideal to get faster updates on parcel locations (i.e.. missing parcels or delayed delivery), however I understand that may not be feasible with IP contacting couriers etc. etc. But if that was something to work towards that would be ideal.
We are early into our Interparcel journey and have been using the app for the last couple of months. We jumped on board when they introduced the beta for Australia Post integrations. The platform is simple and easy to use and saves our team valuable time in processing and dispatching our orders for our online shopify and eBay stores.
There has been a few teething problems as with any new app integration but we are heavily enjoying it and the customer service team including the sales manager have been fantastic with any problems or mistake made on our behalf along the way.
I would love to see the app grow with more courier integrations allowing customers (including us) to have their own rates from other courier providers, not just Australia Post.
Definitely would recommend the app to other companies, great job Interparcel team.
