Been using Interparcel since October 2020 and glad we made the move. Integrates well with Shopify, Etsy and Ebay. Easy to print labels. Also love the variety of quotes we get as we send everything from small to bulky items and we always get a solution,
Great customer service and support from most people I have dealt with and particularly Daisy and the Australia Post integration team.
The app itself is easy to use and fantastic integration with Shopify.
We still get stung occasionally with some unforeseen fees from individual couriers (especially TNT) which results in me just avoiding that courier option.
Only feedback would be it would be ideal to get faster updates on parcel locations (i.e.. missing parcels or delayed delivery), however I understand that may not be feasible with IP contacting couriers etc. etc. But if that was something to work towards that would be ideal.
this is a great shipping app! am able to get great price on pallets as well as normal delivery domestic and overseas
must say it definitely has helped my business.
there is no option to delete or cancel pickups, or to reschedule, but if you use their contact form it is mostly responded to quite quickly.
account managers are also friendly and will do their best to sort out a rate that works well for you. wish I've used it earlier and not other apps that require a subscription
We have been using Interparcel for over a year and a half and absolutely love it. Easy to use, saves a lot of time and have hardly had any issues. Also great customer service, when needed.

We have been using Interparcel since September 2020. It has been great to have everything in one place, including both domestic and international orders. Customer service has always been great too.
Was willing to accept extra fees, hidden charges, packages not getting delivered, squeezed for more money.... But the final straw is when it just stops working altogether and no one can buy anything from your store thanks to them.
